Bill Popp today presented the new and improved 2010 10-year resource industry jobs projection at the Annual RDC Conference.  Although the projection shows the possibility of up to 20,000 jobs at the peak, all of the projects referred to in the projection have serious hurdles to overcome to reach project "go-ahead."  Some of these include taxation, permitting, public opinion and commodity market conditions.
